Admitted to the Bar in 2026, Margaretha joined Péchenard & Associés upon qualification. She holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Copyright Law, a postgraduate degree in Private International Law (Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas), as well as an LL.B. from King’s College London.
